Beautiful scenery like Plitvice National Park in Croatia (left) made this trip to Central Europe one of our most magnificent journeys we have ever undertaken.  It took us a long time to “discover” this part of the world, but I believe it won’t be long before we return to some of the unforgettable places we visited.  So I raise a glass and dream of the Buza Bar in Dubrovnik as we relive an amazing 28 days!
